William Henry "Peanut" Vaughan, Jr.

William Henry “Peanut” Vaughan, Jr., 52, of Emporia, passed away Monday, March 27, 2023. He was the son of the late William Henry Vaughan and Joyce Hursh Vaughan and he was also preceded in death by a daughter, Taylor Marie Vaughan,  brother, Jason Vaughan and sister, Michelle Burton.

Peanut is survived by his wife, Christy P. Vaughan; three sons, William Tyler Vaughan (Kayla), Dallas VanWoert and Matthew Henry Vaughan and brother, Brian Vaughan; two grandchildren, Charlie Taylor Vaughan and Skyler Slate Crickmore; nieces and nephews, Jeremy Vaughan (Amber), Joshua Vaughan (Liz), Hayley Vaughan (Cody) and Mary Vaughan (Lex) and a great-niece, Hazel Vaughan.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Friday, March 31 at Brink Hunt Club, 2110 Diamond Grove Rd, Skippers, VA where a memorial service will follow at 7 p.m.
