Milton E. "Potsy" E Felton

Milton E. “Potsy” Felton, 74, of Emporia, passed away Friday, June 30, 2017. He was the son of the late Roscoe and Lell B. Felton and was also preceded in death by his wife, Shelva Jean Weaver Felton, brother, Thomas Felton, sister, Linda Green; nephew, Thomas Felton, Jr. and niece, Glenda Pair Archer. He is survived by his daughter, Sheila Veliky and fiance’, Floyd Miller; grandchildren, Eric Veliky and Leslie Veliky; devoted companion, Charlotte Newcomb; sister-in-law, Elaine Lane and husband, Warren; nephews Mike Felton and Roger Pair and niece, Terri Denise.. The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Saturday, July 1 at Owen Funeral Home, 303 S. Halifax Rd, Jarratt, Virginia where the funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, July 2. Interment will follow at Emporia Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to a favorite charity.
