Maynard L. Costley

Maynard L. Costley, 87, of Emporia, formerly of Wellsboro, Pennsylvania passed away Sunday, January 23, 2022. He spent most of his life as a diesel mechanic in the salt mining industry.

Mr. Costley is survived by his son, David R. Costley; two daughters, Felicia Backner and Sandra L. Gilbert (Andre); three grandchildren, Beth Rae Harris (David), Zachariah Costley and Jessica Reed (Kenny); eight great-grandchildren sister, Cornelia Scarborough; two brothers, Leon Costley (Rose) and Ronnie Costley (Judy) and a number of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
