James "Jim" Byl

James “Jim” Byl, Jr., 68, passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2019. He is survived by his wife, Edith Byl; son, Craig Byl (Angie) and grandchildren, Andrew and Kaitlin; daughter, Jenny Blaess (Sean) and grandchildren, Parker and Logan; brother, Jerry Byl (Carol); five sisters, Sue Kahler (Boyd), Kathleen bart, Nancy Fritzpatrick (Todd), Joanie Drost (Kurt) and Jan Zylstra (Dennis) and a number of nieces and nephews.
Jim was a U. S. Navy veteran who retired after 20 years’ service and also retired again after 18 years in the banking industry with HSBC.
A memorial service will be held 11a.m Monday, June 24 at Readville Baptist Church where the family will receive friends immediately following the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Readville Baptist Church.
