Frances Oakley Pennington

Frances Oakley Pennington, 89, widow of Henry Mason Pennington, Jr., passed away Tuesday, December 14, 2021. She was the daughter of the late James B. and Cora B. Oakley. She was also preceded in death by four sisters, Violet Lewis, Gladys Winfield, Ethel Harrison and Dot Remorenko and two brothers, James B. Oakley, Jr. and John W. Oakley.

Frances is survived by four daughters, Patricia Pennington Kitchen (Stuart), Sandra Pennington Fisher, Penni Pennington-Miles (Bruce) and Kimberly Pennington Spencer (Jim) and son, David Pennington; nine grandchildren, Timothy Stuart Kitchen, Karen Elizabeth Kitchen (Dave Petree), Chad Douglas Fisher (Stephanie), Cary Dustin Fisher, Christopher David Fisher, Dustin Wayne Medders, Aubry Lynn Spencer, Daniel Spencer Shaw (Coco) and Johnny Oliver Spencer; five great-grandchildren, Colton James Fisher, Ellie Fisher, Braylynn Medders, Bentley Wayne Medders and Jaxon Lonn Medders; a sister, Gale Titmus (Richard) and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
