Elaine A. Pearce

Mrs. Elaine A. Pearce, 65, of Jarratt, passed away Saturday, April 15, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Charlie S. Allcox and Geraldine Lee Allcox and she was also preceded in death by a son, Charlie M. Pearce and nephew, Drew Zudal.

Elaine is survived by her husband, Ronnie M. Pearce, Sr., son, Ronnie M. Pearce, Jr. (Carmen); two step-daughters, Melanie Prince (Keith) and Elizabeth S. Trail; grandson, Levi Earl McCoy Pearce; five step-grandchildren; two sisters, Patricia Harich (John) and Sherry Morris (Norman) and a number of nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 19 at Calvary Baptist Church, 310 N. Main St, Emporia, Virginia where the family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 1 p.m.

Interment will follow at Emporia Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to The Charlie M. Pearce Memorial Scholarship Fund c/o Jarratt Volunteer Fire Dept, P.O. Box 562, Jarratt, Virginia 23867.
