Your head is humming and it won't go, in case you don't know
The piper's calling you to join him
Dear lady, can you hear the wind blow, and did you know
Your stairway lies on the whispering wind?
Anna Marie (Tullis) Rose, 57, left peacefully for her eternal home on August 20, 2021. She was one of the most altruistic, vibrant, hard working, and beautiful souls to grace this earth. She had one of those infectious laughs; you heard it and couldn’t help but laugh with her. If you think of Anna we want you to think of her laughter. She always saw the good in people, but had no problem with telling someone they were in the wrong. Her sunny disposition brought so much joy into so many people's lives from life long friends to the cashier at the grocery store she just met.
Left to cherish her memory are; her three children, Inamay Kennedy (Sean), Jesse Rose (Sarah), and Frank Rose (Samantha), as well as her parents Diane Tullis and John Tullis (Kathy), her sister’s Raimey Wiggen (Patrick), Tammy Tullis as well as, numerous nieces, nephews, friends, “adopted children” and fur-grandbabies.
Her children will be doing a private memorial at a later date. The family would like to thank her wonderful Hospice team for all of the wonderful care and support through this trying time. Anna always looked forward to her weekly visits with Joyce and Erica.
One of Anna’s favorite things to say was “you should not mourn the person rather celebrate their life.” So to celebrate her life, we blasted one of her favorite bands, Led Zeppelin, and took shots. So, cheers and celebrations to those who read this. We love you Mama, we’ll see you on that stairway to heaven.
