Horace Wright Harrell

Horace Wright Harrell, 91, of Jarratt, passed away Thursday, August 18, 2016. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy “Dot” Harrell. He is survived by one daughter, Nancy H. Buckland and husband, Harold; one son, Steve W. Harrell and wife, Marla;four grandchildren, Shan Buckland, Sarah Buckland Johnson and husband, Andy, Alex Harrell and wife, Megan, and Emily Harrell; four great-grandchildren, Emma and Carly Johnson and Daisy and Walter Harrell The family will receive friends at Owen Funeral Home in Jarratt, VA, August 19, 2016 from 6-8pm. The funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, August 20, 2016 at Lebanon United Methodist Church. Interment will follow at Harrell Family Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Lebanon United Methodist Church.
