David Scott Duncan

David Scott Duncan, 53, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2016. He is survived by his wife, Angela Bowen Duncan; five daughters, Jessica Kalmus and husband, Michael, Kayla Duncan, Lea Duncan, Haleigh Duncan and Katie Hawks; two sons, Eric Jenkins and Lane Hawks; two grandsons, Grayson and Camdyn Kalmus; three sisters, Kathy Duncan Jones, Christine Duncan and Sarah Duncan; two brothers, Michael Duncan and wife, Lexi and Joseph Duncan and wife, Kim and a number of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 1-4 p.m. Saturday, March 19 at Owen Funeral Home, 303 S. Halifax Rd, Jarratt, Virginia. The funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, March 20 at Readville Baptist Church with interment to follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Sussex Courthouse Volunteer Fire Department.
