Robert Lee “Robbie” Barnett, Jr., 53, of Richmond, passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2014. He is survived by his son, Travis Lee Barnett; daughter, Heather Marie Penner and husband, Eric, all of Chester; four grandchildren, Hunter Penner, Jordan Arnold, Lexy Lopez-Arnold and Adin Lopez-Arnold; his mother, Patricia Barnett of Midlothian; three sisters, Teresa and Chris of Chester and Rhonda of Maine. Robbie was preceded in death by his father, Robert Lee Barnett, Sr. Memorial services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to assist in the future of his grandchildren, c/o Heather M. Penner, 15919 Harrowgate Rd., Chester, Virginia 23831.
