Christopher Edward Wray

Christopher Edward Wray, 49, passed away Sunday, March 16, 2014. He is survived by his special loved ones, Catherine Tackett and Kristy Buser; three sons, Christopher, Jr., Toni and Todd Wray and their families; his mother, Evelyn Faye Wray and stepmother, Linda D. Wray; two sisters, Pamela Wray Price and husband John, and Amy Shook; and a brother, Thomas Glover and wife, Pam. Mr. Wray was preceded in death by his father, George Edward Wray. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, March 22 at Owen Funeral Home, 303 S. Halifax Rd, Jarratt, Virginia 23867 where the family will receive friends beginning at 12 noon. Interment with military honors will follow at Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to a veterans organization of your choice.
