Samuel Thomas "S.T." Gordon

Samuel Thomas “S.T.” Gordon, 76, a retired farmer, passed away Monday, March 25, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Joyce F. Gordon; daughter, Anita Pfaff (Mike); son, Jeff Gordon; four grandchildren, Brian T. ‘Boo” Gordon (Courtney), Christel Gordon, Amanda Gordon and J. C. Gordon; three great-grandchildren; three sisters, Lois Moore, Loraine Phillips and Paulette Flowers and two brothers, Billy Gordon and Phillip Gordon. Mr. Gordon was the son of the late Thomas and Meade Gordon and was also preceded in death by a son, Sammy Gordon, Jr.; two sisters, Charlotte Keesee and Irene Allen and two brothers, Randy Gordon and Thomas N “Pete” Gordon. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 303 S. Halifax Rd, Jarratt where the funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, March 29. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
