Retha Covington Kitchen

Retha Covington Kitchen, 81, passed away, Friday, February 15, 2013. She is survived by her husband, Roger H. Kitchen; stepson, Keith P. Kitchen and wife, Julie of Midlothian; three step-grandchildren, Christopher, Connor and Ryan Kitchen and a number of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 2–6 p.m. Sunday at her home in Yale. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Monday, February 18 at Fort Grove United Methodist Church in Stony Creek. Interment will be private at Antioch Baptist Church, Yale, Virginia. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to United Methodist Family Services, 3900 West Broad St, Richmond, Virginia 23230.
