Jean Proctor Pair

Jean Proctor Pair, 80, of Jarratt, passed away on July 2, 2012. She is survived by her son, Bruce Walton Pair and daughter-in-law, Juliette F. Pair; granddaughter, Jordan Gabrielle Pair; grandson, Berklee Walton Pair; a sister, Evelyn P. Allen (Sherman); and a brother, Bobby W. Proctor (Doris); three sisters-in-law, Martha Proctor, Wanda Proctor and Christine Proctor; numerous nieces and nephews; and a special devoted friend, Owen M. Strickler, Jr. She was the daughter of the late Grey Russell Proctor and Ora Walton Eason Proctor and was preceded in death her husband, Roger Dexter (Dickie) Pair; three brothers, Bynum, A. G. and Pete Proctor and a sister, Doris Bankey. She was a registered nurse who continued to work until her death and she was a member of Lebanon United Methodist Church. A graveside funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, July 7, 2012 at Emporia Cemetery with fellowship to follow at the home of her son.
